With over 30 years of management within the aerospace & defense industry, Norm Malnak will serve as Phoenix Semiconductor’s Chief Operations Officer. In this role Mr. Malnak will lead the company’s efforts in connecting with strategic production  partners, leveraging his expertise of the manufacturing ecosystem, connecting with channel partners on the go-to-market strategy and managing engineering talent.

An experienced communicator with over 20 years of service in government, start-ups and corporate communications leadership roles, Caroline will lead Phoenix’s marketing and communications strategy. Focused on supporting a comprehensive Go-to-Market effort, Caroline will lead strategic messaging development, digital marketing, executive communications, media relations, company reputation and brand development.

Lori and the HR team work to align the organizational talent and culture strategies with Phoenix’s core business priorities. Lori brings nearly three decades of HR leadership experience with a specific focus on building organizational capability through integrated people and culture development initiatives.

• Several Lockheed Martin business areas to include Aeronautics and Missiles and Fire Control, where she had oversight of domestic and international HR activities. Lori’s work through acquisitions, divestitures, recruitment and reallocations of resources earned her recognition throughout the business.
• Graduate of the University of Texas, Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Marco Davila will serve as the Vice President of Product Research – Senior Technical Fellow guiding the technical direction and development for Phoenix’s core offerings.  In this role Mr. Davila leads a team of engineers that will execute on the company’s vision and mission to serve the end customer.

• Multiple leadership roles at Xilinx and AMD, including Principal Staff SFAE, System IO & RF focused on Wireless & Wired Communications, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and Test & Measurement Units.
• Department Manager – Systems Design Engineering; AMD lead the development of specialized hardware geared towards validating and improving the quality of server CPU and GPU silicon.
